About @Rockwallet Deadline There is a lot of emotional discussion about https://t.co/H6PZk0COGQ - especially given the Sept 30 deadline to migrate to the new wallet. This post is going to provide some history and perspective. FIRST, I will address my personal disclaimer about my use of RW. I use it. I like it. I am frustrated with this transition. But I understand it, and I think everyone in BSV needs to be patient - because I think it will be a good thing. I am reminded of my early experiences with Coinbase, Kraken and others over 12 years ago. Those were onboarding nightmares back in the day. Most of you weren't around. It took time to get it right. So personally I use RW, but I do so wisely, also keeping Savings in Non-Custodial Wallets (I am a big fan of #ElectrumSVP, I am exploring the new https://t.co/YTbzm14YS1 wallet, and I avoid all BRC-100 wallets currently because I think they are a User Nightmare who's main future role and best fit is with Ai Agents. Make no mistake - I support BRC-100 Wallets for AI Agentics and highly encourage continued development - but I don't reccomend them for human use). Regarding Rockwallet in the USA - everyone needs an On/Off ramp to fiat for now - and swapping, and currently it is the best we have in the USA. They have a huge team (Linkedin shows 86 Employees) with 75% control by Ronnie Tarter, who has unusually close historical corporate ties to @CalvinAyre (shared corporate addresses etc) . Most notably, Tarter previously held 75%+ control of another UK company until the exact day Calvin became its 75%+ controlling person. RockWallet and MNEE also grew out of the Fabriik/Bayesian structure that operated inside Calvin’s broader Antigua/BSV business orbit. So Rockwallet is a solid BSV team player. It is a major On/Off ramp - especially in the U.S. As you can image, anything related to BSV is at constant risk of being shut down. Remember @OrangeGatewayX ?? They aren't even on X anymore - Suspended. And they were huge, seemingly did everything correct - but they still got shut down. Steve Bailey - @rockwallet_coo - is publicly described as Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of RockWallet. Before RockWallet, Bailey became Chief Operating Officer of Fabriik in 2021. Fabriik's announcement described him as having more than 30 years of global operational experience across Barclays, BlackBerry, Deutsche Bank, Banque Paribas, SOTI and Virgin, covering IT infrastructure, systems integration, sales, marketing, corporate development, governance and operations. So they have a good man at the helm who has some experience navigating regulatory and technical issues. MY PERSONAL POSITION: Everyone needs to support Rockwallet - because even if you don't like the greater global financial network they are trying to blend into and comply with the regulations thereof - I assure you that if they fail - that just means one less On/Off/Swap Ramp for BSV - at a time that what BSV really needs is MORE On/Off/Swap ramps. So I suggest people use it for On/Off/Swap ramps - but hold the bulk of your Crypto in NonCustodial wallets. My two cents. PS.. I am personally aware of some problems and delays getting the new Rockwallet set up, Level 2 Authorizations, etc. Be patient with support they do a pretty good job. This is a new architecture with a new regulatory framework - including US Banking Accounts coming. Conlcuding TEASER: By Mid October I think people will be pleased with the wait, as there is a NEW $MNEE Stablecoin App being released through Rockwallet. This will put BSV on the same rails and competitive footing with @Circle and @Arc's $USDC rollout. Be Patient🙏 @BitcoinSV2026 @cryptorebel_SV @HexMeHoney @BgansEth @metathomist @FiresatWallet
